Keshava yoga asana classes are suitable for all levels of experience. The perfect way to stretch out and relax your body, as you move through a series of postures designed to enhance and increase flexibility, strengthen muscle and relieve stress.

Want a little more? Stay on or come along just for our deep peace relaxation and meditation class at 7:15. Rest and relax as we take you on a fully guided journey into the heart using yoga breathing, relaxation techniques, mindfulness and mantra (yoga sound) meditation. This practice is simple to learn, requires no special equipment and is suitable for everyone regardless of age or experience.
